Summary:
Coraline travels through a little door and enters into an alternate world, where she comes face to face with the Other Mother
“As a child growing up, I had a strong desire to make a film, but I wasn’t quite sure where or how to begin. My inspiration came from wanting to reimagine Coraline as a live-action adaptation. This idea had been building for two years, and during that time, I had an actor-friend (Stephanie Kate Morgan) whom I met during a community theatre production of ‘Annie: The Musical’ who not only had the perfect look but also the talent to play the Other Mother. We were also lucky enough to cast another amazing and talented actress to play Coraline - Olivia Dacal.
This was my first film as a non-film student, at the age of 20.”
